2029 Tax Regime

All taxes will be eliminated save two, State Level Property Taxes, and Federal Business Revenue Taxes, The later of which collected by the IRS.

All social security, payroll, capital gains, income, estate, gift, excise, inheritance, etc., taxes are eliminated.

Payroll deductions cover worker compensation insurance, unemployment insurance and worker pensions. This is not a payroll tax, but a payroll deduction that goes directly respectively to the benefit of the paying workers.

IRS collects business revenue taxes from businesses, and the tax receipts are shared with the states, so that the Federal Government and states have continuous funding. Congress decides the percent amount of business revenue tax and sharing percentage with the states. A large portion of the business revenue tax is transferred to the state pro rated based on a selected criteria, electoral college, population or GDP.

Those who have paid into social security, now deemed a worker’s pension, will received a pension payment fron the state goverments, taking control over payroll deductions. State governments receive initial funding from the federal government to establishfor each pensioner pension account.

Medicare and Social Security (direct payments) come directly from the states. The federal welfare complex is translated to the states where it belongs as socialism at the federal level breeds corruption and ties up time of congress, in the greatest transfer of power from the federal government to the states.

The states exclusively manage medicare, medicaid, social security, worker’s compensation, worker’s unemployment insurance and worker pensions, freeing congress from the debilitating management of matters rightfully under the sovereign control of state governments, as it aught to be. Federal government becomes a limited government addressing only federal issues. The USA is a republic of states each having sovereign exclusive control over all social issues arising within the states.

A Limited federal government is reborn and becomes more efficient. Congress can concentrate on its oversight functions and all federal matters.

The republic is restored.
