Reparations

Progressive demand reparations to black descendants of slavery. The reparations should be paid only by democrat descendants of the slave holding southern democrats. Slavery is in effect a 100% income tax. All tax payers should be refunded all the taxes paid that support blacks on welfare, to be fair of course.

Reparations should be paid only by southern democrats and offset by all tax payments used to support on welfare all descendants of slaves, and offset by the income difference between wages earned the US and wages earned in Africa as the movement to the US eventually opened up a prosperous economy and higher standards of living.

Reparations paid only by southern democrats, offset by welfare taxes and offset by higher wages, may be just. The concept is silly of course, as required taxes are never refunded. Reparations is just another Marxist play to pander the black vote. They fall for it of course.
