Federal Welfare Complex

Any social program at the federal level is inherently socialistic. Social programs are the exclusive providence of the many states. There exists a need to return the United States back into an exclusively capitalistic country. The elimination of the federal socialistic welfare complex can be easily achieved. The elimination of the federal income tax, the federal reserve system, the worthless fiat federal reserve note, and the national debt, is a piece of cake. However, if anyone moves to eliminate the income tax, the federal reserve system, or the national debt, the infinitely wealthy owners of the federal reserve system, a private bank, will move to take them out. Who knows how many democrat and Rhino Republican congressmen and senators the owners of the federal reserve system have in their pockets. Certainly not the DOJ, CIA and FBI who are in the pockets of the owners of the federal reserve system. This is why the tea partiers went nowhere. Libertarians and tea parties are livid by the imposition of a worthless fiat federal reserve note, a federal income tax and a monstrous federal social welfare complex. That is the state of the federal government.

The elimination of Social Security at the federal level, transferred to the many states where it belongs is easy to do, as follows. The first step is to transfer Social Security benefit payments from the federal government to the many states. The many states then in turn, make direct payments to Social Security recipients. The Social Security recipients become a custom to receiving their Social Security benefits from their respective states. The domicile of the Social Security recipient determines which state makes the Social Security payment to the respective Social Security recipient. Social Security recipients living abroad will have their payments from the district of Columbia.

The next step is to transfer Social Security taxes collected, to the many states. At this juncture the federal government is a mirror facilitator of payments to Social Security recipients. The next step is to have the many states collect directly from wages Social Security taxes from which payments to Social Security recipients are made, thereby cutting the federal government out of the loop.

You cannot trust the progressive fascist to be responsible for the collection of Social Security taxes and payments of Social Security benefits, for they may plunder the system for their own pecuniary gain. Perhaps the inspector generals office, or the FBI, or the CIA can monitor corrupt state Democrat governments to insure that Social Security benefits are fully paid by the individual states. Initially, the federal government can provide some supplements to the state governments where their Social Security taxes do not meet Social Security benefits. In time, the many states can adjust Social Security taxes to meet their respective Social Security benefit obligations.

Thus, the Social Security administration has been effectively transferred to the many states seamlessly without chaos or suffering or loss of benefits. This is a very very simple process. This process can be repeated throughout the federal government social welfare complex to eliminate all forms of social services in the federal government to return the federal government to a capitalistic federal government consistent with founding father principles.

Other types of processes can be realized to eliminate social programs at the federal level. The small business administration, for example, must stop loaning money and enslaving our small businesses with debt. As with the federal student loan program, the SBA can give grant funds to small businesses meeting federal government critical needs. The federal government has to stop the business of enslaving Americans with debt and terminate all Social Services programs at the federal level, save only the veterans administration.

The solution is easy, but if any politician moves to accomplish it, they will be assassinated as night follows day by the infinitely wealthy owners of the federal reserve system, funding the progressive fascists to increase their wealth further still, and that is the core problem with eliminating socialism at the federal level.
